Northern Ireland Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and highly motivated person to join our team in Northern Ireland.

We’re seeking someone with a strong sense of calling to the work of justice to help serve churches, church networks and Christian individuals, and to significantly grow IJM’s presence and influence in these areas.

This role will be critical to helping IJM achieve its mission of bringing freedom from slavery and violence around the world.

What is the culture like at IJM? ¶

We offer a fast-paced, professional and friendly work environment for our employees. We work diligently to provide tangible relief for the people we serve, while being good stewards of the funds generously provided to us by our donors.

IJM employees begin each day with 30 minutes of silence and solitude before God and gather at 12:30 pm for corporate prayer. We hold quarterly staff retreats to provide spiritual refreshment and team building opportunities.

What is the office attire? ¶

Office attire is smart business casual.

How many people work for IJM? ¶

IJM has almost 1,400 staff worldwide, which includes full-time, part-time, contract employees, interns and fellows. Of the employees working in IJM field offices, 90% are nationals of the countries in which they serve.

Will I receive notification of the status of my application? ¶

All applicants will receive a verbal or written response communicating whether or not we will be moving forward with their application. Due to the volume we receive, we cannot provide specific updates on the status of pending applications.
