Climb for Freedom: Kilimanjaro 2024

Take on the challenge of a lifetime in June 2024! Climb the world's highest free-standing mountain, Mt Kilimanjaro, and help fundraise for freedom.

Walk, Jog or Run in the Ultra Challenge Series 2024!

Are you a regular walker and new to endurance events? Perhaps a seasoned trekker looking for testing adventures? Or even a marathon runner wanting to 'up' your distance?

Whether it's along magnificent coastal scenery, or in stunning open countryside, there’s an Ultra Challenge for you!

Walk for Freedom: Kiltwalk - 2024

Grab your friends and your trusty kilt, to tackle a Kiltwalk in Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee or Edinburgh! With a range of distance options available (23 miles, 14 miles and 3 miles), there really is a challenge for everyone!

Run for Justice: Glenarm Castle Challenge - May 2024

Get outdoors again by training for and taking on the Glenarm Castle Challenge on Saturday 18th May 2024! Whether you're an avid runner or just a beginner, there's a range of distances to choose from including a Half Marathon, 10k and 5k. For those who prefer to take things at a more leisurely pace, there will also be a 10K walk. There really is something for everyone!

Run for Justice: Scottish Half Marathon - August 2024

Missed out on the Edinburgh Half in May? Or want to challenge yourself to run further? The Edinburgh Scottish Half Marathon is a flat and rapid route - perfect for setting a PB or taking on your first half marathon!

JustRide: London to Brighton - September 2024

We've the perfect excuse to get in the saddle and ride for IJM UK in 2024! Whether you're new to cycling, or an enthusiast, the iconic London to Brighton cycle on 15th September is for you! Leave the buzz of the city behind and join thousands of fellow cyclists as you take on the 54-mile challenge from the heart of London to the buzzing Brighton seafront!

Your entry fee will include: a free IJM cycling top, fundraising support, your event place, mechanical support on route, lunch, water stops, and the all important finishers medal!

Run for Justice: Bournemouth Half Marathon - October 2024

Register to run the Bournemouth Half Marathon on Sunday 13th October 2024! Whether you're wanting to run your first half marathon or secure a new PB, we'd love to have you on the team!

01. Get Started

Setting up your fundraising campaign is easy. Decide what you’re going to do and pick a campaign name. Then choose a photo and share a little bit about IJM on your page.

Top tip: Get personal―tell people what fundraising for IJM means to you and why you want to be part of ending slavery in a lifetime.

02. Share

Once your campaign is set up- you’re ready to share with friends and family―whether that’s social media, emails, Whatsapp or good old fashioned face-to-face or Zoom! Why not get creative by making a film or shooting some photos?

Top tip: tag @IJMUK on social media so that we can see what you’re doing and like or share too.

03. See Freedom

The work of IJM is only possible because of supporters like you. Every single penny you raise will go towards the fight against slavery and injustice. Thank you for being a modern day abolitionist!
